Can you arrange an airport transfer? How far is it from the airport?
The closest airport is Samui International Airport (USM).From Samui, a ferry ride of approximately 30 minutes will take you to Koh Phangan.Complimentary transfer is provided from Thong Sala Pier (Koh Phangan) to the retreat venue on the official arrival day at designated times.If you are arriving via Surat Thani Airport (URT), the journey includes a combined bus and ferry transfer to Koh Phangan (approximately 3–4 hours).We will provide detailed guidance after booking to ensure a smooth arrival.
What is the average age range?
The retreat is open to adult women (18+).While each group is unique, participants typically range from their mid-20s to mid-40s.What truly matters is not age, but openness, curiosity, and a desire for connection and growth.

Is a shorter or longer stay possible?
The retreat is designed as a complete 6-day journey, and we strongly recommend participating in the full program to fully experience the depth and flow of the experience.For this reason, shorter stays are not available.If you wish to extend your time on Koh Phangan before or after the retreat, we are happy to share recommendations for additional nights or activities on the island.

Yes. All practices are accessible and adaptable. You do not need prior yoga or Pilates experience to join.

The retreat includes Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Aerial Yoga, Yin, and embodied movement practices such as dance and Pilates.

The local currency is Thai Baht (THB). ATMs are widely available on Koh Phangan, including near Thong Sala Pier.
Are all activities mandatory?
